Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates uses a spring system to change the resistance applied to tailor a versatile full body workout. It is designed to improve flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, body alignment, and spinal health.
There is a maximum of 6 people per class, meaning that your form and technique is watched closely to get the most out of every exercise.
Reformer Pilates is accessible to any age and fitness level.
