Low Impact

A strength based workout designed to improve full body strength, balance and flexibility (without the running!).   All exercises can be modified where needed to accommodate any injuries or limitations.  This class is ideal for anyone returning to exercise, post natal mums, or older adults.

Timetables are scheduled across 4 terms each year, with all members committing to a full term (9-11weeks depending on school terms) of bootcamp sessions.  

 

Pricing is based on the number of sessions per week that you would like to be involved in, with unlimited options also available.

All sessions are highly sought after each term, and numbers per session are capped.  We recommend that you make contact early to help you secure the days and times that you would prefer.
