Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is designed to help strengthen and tone the entire body in a low impact manner.  Pilates can help with flexibility, improved posture and a greater understanding of the body/mind connection.  Like all of our classes it is not only great for physical health, but also your mental health.

Mat Pilates is a great addition to our other strength and cardio training, to ensure the development and maintenance of a strong balanced body.

Pricing is based on the number of sessions per week that you would like to be involved in.

​

All sessions are highly sought after each term, and numbers per session are capped.  We recommend that you make contact early to help you secure the days and times that you would prefer.
