

Bootcamp Sessions
A variety of strength, cardio, HIIT and boxing sessions, these workouts are designed to help you to achieve your fitness goals. All exercises can be regressed and progressed to suit your individual needs or injuries.

With multiple sessions per week, there are plenty of options to choose from. Timetables are scheduled across 4 terms each year, with all members committing to a full term (9-11weeks depending on school terms) of bootcamp sessions.
Pricing is based on the number of sessions per week that you would like to be involved in, with unlimited options also available.

All sessions are highly sought after each term, and numbers per session are capped. We recommend that you make contact early to help you secure the days and times that you would prefer.
